Intuitive Painting for Stress Relief
Friday, March 21st 5:30-7pm
Life these days is stressful.
Join me for an evening of exploring ways that art can ground you, and release pent up stress. We’ll go over some compositional and technical “rules” of painting, and then we’ll break them! Painting is a great way to bring yourself back into the present and acts as a form of mindfulness.
Paint what you feel, abstract or representational - I’ll give you pointers on how to follow your gut so your art making is a relaxing experience.
Please be mindful, paint does stain, so wear appropriate clothing.
Last minute signups are A-Okay.
Adults only please. Feel free to bring your own beverage or snacks.
All materials are included in the class price, but feel free to bring your own
